Wm. Kim Hill is a partner at Harding & Hill LLP who handles personal injury, real estate, wills, estates, criminal defense, family law and municipal law cases. He joined then-Hill & Hill LLP in 1994 after working in the Iowa City attorney's office.

Kim is the brother of P. Jeffrey Hill and graduated from Mansfield Junior Senior High, located in Mansfield, Pennsylvania, in 1974. He then attended the University of Pittsburgh with a double major in History and English, and a minor in Latin America Studies. He graduated in 1979 Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude. In 1992, Kim graduated from the University of Iowa with a masters degree in urban planning and a law degree with distinction.

In his spare time, Kim enjoys golf, swimming, reading, and traveling.

Kim is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Columbia-Montour Bar Association.
