Susan is an attorney and partner of Harding & Hill LLP. She graduated from Burrell High School in Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania in 1972. From there, she attended Washington & Jefferson College, graduating in 1976 with a double major in English and History.

While attending the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, she met her future husband, Jeffrey Hill. From 1979 to 1980, Susan served as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard Grifo of the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas. She began practicing law in Bloomsburg in September of 1980.

In 1992, she and her husband founded the firm of Hill & Hill LLP, now Harding & Hill LLP, where she practices family law, which includes divorce and custody and support.

Susan is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Columbia-Montour County Bar Association.
