Jeff is an attorney and partner at Harding & Hill LLP. He graduated from Mansfield Junior Senior High School in northern Pennsylvania in 1971. From there, he attended West Virginia University with a major in History, graduating in 1976. He then attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he met his wife and partner, Susan M. Hill. After graduating from law school in 1979, Jeff was the Assistant Public Defender of Columbia County, and held partnership or associate positions in other law firms.

In 1992, he founded Hill & Hill LLP, now Harding & Hill LLP, with his wife, Susan. He currently handles cases involving residential and commercial real estate transactions, wills, estates, and municipal law. In addition, he practices personal injury and general civil litigation in the multi-county area of central and eastern Pennsylvania including Columbia, Montour, Lycoming, Carbon, Lehigh, Bradford, Monroe, Schuylkill, and Northumberland Counties. Jeff is also an agent for Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation.

Jeff is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Columbia-Montour Bar Association.
